Tai Chi Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a gentle form of chi exercise & meditative movement to increase energy levels, reduce stress, improve physical & emotional well-being as well as create a sense of oneness & wholeness. Qi Gong is very gentle & easy to learn, making it suitable for all.
While Carrie is trained in many different forms, she is certified to teach the Shibashi Qi Gong. Carrie's teaching style focuses on simple ways to support a more harmonious & empowered experience of life. Carrie helps students to explore the wisdom of the 4 seasons, the 12 Meridians and the 5 elements within themselves and to harness the power of these to transform their lives.
Carrie teaches to promote awareness of the energy field and undertanding of how chi benifits us in order to empower people to find a daily practice that supports a more harmonious experience of life. All forms of Qi Gong have a slightly different empasis but all forms help balance mind, body and soul and increase energy levels, vitality and promote positive wellbeing and awareness.

All classes are £30 for a block of 3 sessions.
