Reiki means 'Universal life force energy'. Reiki is very gentle yet powerful practice to direct this flow of energy to the client in order to promote healing and well being on physical, emptional and spiritual levels. It is a very gentle touch therapy suitable for anyone. Benifits usually reported by recipients include deep relaxation, calmness and peaceful sense of well being on all levels. Many people experience sensations of heat, or tingling underneath the practitioner's hands. Reiki is believed to be benificial in reducing blood pressure, anxiety and improvin sleep. It is also widely used alongside anyone undergoin conventional medical treatment. Carrie is registered with the UK Reiki Federation as a Master Teacher of Reiki as well as highly experienced Practitioner of Reiki Therapy for over 20 years.

Carrie often used Colour Therapy, Aromatherapy and Sound Therapy to further empower the beautiful benifts of the Reiki Treatment.

Cost of Reiki with Sound, Colour and aroma is £50 for a 1 hour session.

Carrie is a very experienced teacher of Reiki at all levels with a wealth of spiritual knowledge that she shares as part of her Reiki training courses.

Carrie easily can adjust what she is teaching to meet the needs of all students.

She chooses to train students in small groups where the student can experience with different people and therfore more fully understand how Reiki works. Group sizes are kept to a maximum of 6 people to allow for individual attention.

Reiki 1 is the Introduction level, helping individuals to become familiar with how Reiki feels, how it can help themselves and those around them. It introduces the student to being more aware of the auric feild, and how vibrational energy effects us and others. Its also a course that gives students the opportunity to learn about a spiritual perspective that can help their lives in many positive ways.  Reiki 1 is generally taught in a 1 day workshop to keep the price accessible to all. The day is a beautiful day of mediative practice and time for self reflection.

Reiki 1 Training £105 including manual, certificate and ongoing support. Payments can be made by instalments if required.

Reiki 2 is the Practioner Level, teaching individuals all they need to know to provide full Reiki treatments for others. its also a chance to deepen their understanding of how energy works and how to refine their knowledge with working with this simple therapeutic practice. Many students  who have trained elsewhere choose to  revise the level 2 with Carrie because of the indepth training offered.

Students are encouraged to continue their devlopment with the practice through coming to regular Reiki Shares where they can also meet with like minded people in the community. 

For those wishing to become a professional practitioner of Reiki, Carrie there offers an optional further process of completing case studies, therapy assessment process and 'Safe Practice' questionaire. This is an optional extra to the two day Reiki training and can be completed at any time.

Reiki Shares for locals. £15 Including CPD certificate. Open to any reiki students who have been attuned to any level or type of Reiki  (2 hour meetings)
